In the stage of the 19th “Humen Cup” International Youth Design Contest (Women’s Wear), we share Humen fashion impression and we are looking forward to witnessing the birth of the elegant goddess with you.

凡愛(ài)好服裝設(shè)計(jì)，年齡在45歲以下者均可報(bào)名參賽。

QUALIFICATION

Anyone engaged in fashion design and under 45 is qualified to participate.

【參賽作品要求】：
一、主題：印象·優(yōu)雅
二、范圍：女裝（面料、材料不限）
三、1、參賽作品必須是同一個(gè)主題（概念）的原創(chuàng)系列設(shè)計(jì)，每個(gè)系列4套服裝，其中1套為展示個(gè)人藝術(shù)才華和風(fēng)格的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)，3套為具有明確市場(chǎng)定位的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。
2、4套作品畫(huà)在同一張效果圖，規(guī)格27cmx40cm，請(qǐng)注明市場(chǎng)定位。效果圖背面需附上以下資料：（1）左上角附：主題名稱(chēng)、設(shè)計(jì)思想（不超過(guò)50字）；（2）左下角附：正背面款式圖；（3）右上角附：姓名、性別、出生年月、國(guó)籍、畢業(yè)（在讀）學(xué)校、學(xué)歷、服務(wù)單位、單位地址、郵政地址、E-mail、聯(lián)系電話（注：所有文字必須用母語(yǔ)和英語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě)）；并附身份證復(fù)印件以及大一寸彩色照片1張（用信封裝好并貼牢固）；（4）右下角附：面料小樣（8cmx8cm）;來(lái)稿一律不退，請(qǐng)自留底稿。
四、來(lái)稿必須是未發(fā)表過(guò)的原創(chuàng)作品，如發(fā)現(xiàn)一稿多投，則視為無(wú)效稿件。
DEMANDS ON WORKS
I、Subject: Impression·Elegance
II、 Range: Women’s wear (all fabric & material available).
III、Participants’ design should include 4 suits (1+3 mode). 1 suit of creative design that shows participants’ fashion style, creativity and aesthetic taste; 3 suits of market-oriented design that present strong market positioning and value. The 4 suits must be original design and designed under the same concept.
All 4 suits should be drawn on one drawing(27cmx40cm).On the opposite side: (1) subject, design illustration(maximum 50 words) written on the left top; (2) front and back pattern drawing on the left bottom; (3) name, sex, date of birth, nationality, school of graduation, education, working company, address of working company, E-mail and telephone number on the right top(all must be filled in your native language and English);one copy of ID card and color photo(as used for passport)should be attached(packed with an envelope and well sealed); (4)sample of the fabric & material (8cmx8cm)on the right bottom. The drawings are not returnable.
IV、The contribution must be the works never published. Such works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript.

【評(píng)選方法】：
1、評(píng)選分為初賽、決賽兩階段進(jìn)行。
2、報(bào)名截稿后，由評(píng)委對(duì)來(lái)稿進(jìn)行初審，選出30個(gè)系列入圍決賽，組委會(huì)于9月1日后在www.hmcec.com或www.gdfz.org上公布入圍選手名單（參賽選手可查閱初評(píng)結(jié)果），并以書(shū)面形式通知入圍選手制作實(shí)物參加決賽。
SELECTION
1、The competition will carry through preliminary and final.
2、The judges will evaluate the works based on the rules after the deadline; 30 works will be selected for the final. The organizing committee will publish the name list of finalists on www.hmcec.com or www.gdfz.org after September 1st and notify them with written form to make preparation for the final.
【決賽日期，地點(diǎn)及有關(guān)事宜】：
1、決賽時(shí)間定于11月中（第二十三屆中國(guó)（虎門(mén)）國(guó)際服裝交易會(huì)期間，具體時(shí)間以入圍通知書(shū)為準(zhǔn)）。
2、決賽地點(diǎn)：中國(guó)廣東省東莞市虎門(mén)鎮(zhèn)虎門(mén)會(huì)展中心時(shí)裝表演廳（具體地點(diǎn)以入圍通知書(shū)為準(zhǔn)）。
3、入圍選手必須攜帶參賽作品于決賽前3天（北京時(shí)間）到達(dá)決賽地點(diǎn)（具體時(shí)間以入圍通知書(shū)為準(zhǔn)）
4、獲得金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)的作品由組委會(huì)收藏
DATE/PLACE OF FINAL AND MATTERS CONCERNED
1、Final is settled in Mid- November, during the 23rd China (Humen) International Fashion Fair. (The specific time is subject to the notification)
2、Place: Fashion Show Hall, Humen Convention&Exhibiton Center, Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China (The specific place is subject to the notification)
3、Finalists should arrive at the final place 3 days ahead of the final night (Peking Time). (The specific time is subject to the notification)
4、The costume works awarded the gold ,silver and bronze prize have to be kept by the organizing committee.

【獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法】：
1、對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)哳C發(fā)獎(jiǎng)金、獎(jiǎng)杯、證書(shū)。
（1）金獎(jiǎng)1名：獎(jiǎng)金15萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書(shū)；同時(shí)，金獎(jiǎng)選手將有機(jī)會(huì)獲得全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助前往意大利卡羅世紀(jì)服裝學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)一年（研究生課程），獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金價(jià)值16萬(wàn)元人民幣。
（2）銀獎(jiǎng)2名：獎(jiǎng)金各8萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書(shū)；同時(shí)，銀獎(jiǎng)選手可獲得卡羅世紀(jì)服裝學(xué)院廣州分院2年（共640個(gè)小時(shí)）的“女裝制版與縫紉”周末進(jìn)修課程全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，總價(jià)值59800元人民幣。
（3）銅獎(jiǎng)3名：獎(jiǎng)金各5萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒獎(jiǎng)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書(shū)；同時(shí)，銅獎(jiǎng)選手可獲得卡羅世紀(jì)服裝學(xué)院廣州分院2年（共640個(gè)小時(shí)）的“女裝制版與縫紉”周末進(jìn)修課程全額50%的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，總價(jià)值29900元人民幣。
（4）優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)10名：獎(jiǎng)金各2萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒發(fā)證書(shū)；
（5）入圍者：頒發(fā)證書(shū)。
2、獲獎(jiǎng)作品將在專(zhuān)業(yè)報(bào)刊、雜志及網(wǎng)上發(fā)表；決賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)由有關(guān)電視臺(tái)錄播。
3、（a）入圍選手交通費(fèi)由組委會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)。其中：歐美選手一萬(wàn)元（人民幣），亞洲選手五千元（人民幣）［注：中國(guó)選手三千元（人民幣）］；
（b）入圍選手在虎門(mén)參賽期間由組委會(huì)提供免費(fèi)食宿；
（組委會(huì)保留最終解釋權(quán)）
ENCOURAGEMENT
1、The winners will be awarded bonus, cup and certificate.
(1) One gold prize: 150,000RMB, cup and certificate. The gold winner has the chance to study at Istituto Carlo Secoli (master’s course ) in Italy for 1 year with full scholarship of around 160,000 RMB.
(2) Two silver prizes: 80,000 RMB, cup and certificate. The silver winners has the chance to study at the “patternmaking and sewing women’s wear” weekend course in Istituto Secoli Guangzhou for 2 years with full scholarship of around 5,9800 RMB.
(3) Three bronze prizes: 50,000 RMB, cup and certificate. The bronze winners has the chance to study at the “patternmaking and sewing women’s wear” weekend course in Istituto Secoli Guangzhou for 2 years with partial scholarship of around 2,9900 RMB.
(4) Ten excellence prizes: 20,000 RMB, certificate;
(5) Finalist prizes: certificate.
2、The prized works will be published in the professional journals. The final will be broadcasted on relevant television stations.
3、(a)Finalists’ traveling expenses are covered by the organizing committee with standards as below:10,000RMB for European and American finalists; 5,000RMB for Asian finalists;3,000RMB for Chinese finalists.
(b)The organizing committee offers free accommodation during the final for the finalists.
The organizing committee reserves all rights.

2、凡志愿參加者填報(bào)參賽表格，務(wù)必將參賽表格聯(lián)同參賽作品效果圖于2018年7月31日前寄交大賽組委會(huì)(以寄出郵戳為準(zhǔn));參賽表格可在虎門(mén)會(huì)展網(wǎng)(www.hmcec.com)、CFW服裝設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)(http://www.jindian6666.cn/)下載。海外選手可在寄稿之后將電子稿件發(fā)至郵箱[email protected]。

PARTICIPATION AND DEADLINE
1、Participants can search from the websites www.hmcec.com, www.gdfz.org, or http://www.jindian6666.cn for detailed information from April 16th, 2018.
2、Please complete the application form(available on www.hmcec.com, www.gdfz.org, http://www.jindian6666.cn and http://www.eeff.net) and send it to the organizing committee as well as the fashion drawings by July 31, 2018(subject to postmark date). Participants outside China can send the digital works to our email([email protected]) at the same time.
