　　瞧，閃光燈不停地眨著，此起彼伏，像無數(shù)天使的眼睛。她們在搜尋那些最有張力的霓之夢，她們要找出最動人的夢之想，她們要傳揚最美妙的夢之鏡。然后，在聚光燈下，在霓彩天橋的最高處，綻放那最美的、最動人的、夢的、霓之光彩。

　　Look! The flash light shines like numerous eyes of the angels. They are searching for those beautiful dreams, create and spread those dreams. Under the spotlights and at the highest place of the T-Stage, those dreams blossom like flower with most fabulous, moving, dreamy and rainbow-like brilliance.

　　凡愛好服裝設計，年齡在35歲以下者均可報名參賽。

參賽作品要求
　　1、 主題：筑夢天橋
　　2、 范圍：女裝（面料、材料不限）
　　3、 參賽選手按系列設計，每一系列5套，畫在同一張效果圖，規(guī)格27cmx40cm；效果圖背面左上角附：主題名稱、設計思想（不超過50字）；左下角附：正背面款式圖；右上角附：姓名、性別、出生年月、國籍、畢業(yè)（在讀）學校、學歷、服務單位、單位地址、郵政地址、郵政編碼、E-mail、聯(lián)系電話、傳真（注：所有文字必須用母語和英語書寫）；并附身份證復印件以及大一寸彩色照片1張（用信封裝好并貼牢固）；右下角附：面料小樣（8cmx8cm）;來稿一律不退，請自留底稿。4、 來稿必須是未發(fā)表過的原創(chuàng)作品，如發(fā)現(xiàn)一稿多投，則視為無效稿件。
　　DEMANDS ON WORKS
　　1、 Subject: Dreams on T- Stage
　　2、 Range:women’s wear(all fabric & material available).
　　3、 Participants’ design is based on different series.Each series includes 5 suits drawn on one drawing(27cmx40cm).On the opposite side:subject,design
thought(less than 50 words) written on the left top;front and back pattern drawing on the left bottom;name,sex,date of birth,nationality,school of
graduation,education,working company,address of working company,post code, E-mail,telephone number and fax on theright top(all must be filled in your native
language and English);one copy of ID card and color photo(as used for passport)should be attached(packed with an envelope and well sealed); sample of the
fabric & material (8cmx8cm)on the right bottom.The drawings are not returnable.
　　4、The contribution must be the works never published.Such works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript.

　　2、凡志愿參加者填報參賽表格（報名表格可在www.humen.com, www.fumin.com 或www.gdfz.org網(wǎng)下載）

PARTICIPATION AND DEADLINE
　　1、Participants can search from the websites www.humen.com, www.fumin.com or
　　www.gdfz.org for detailed information from May 1,2012.
　　2、Please complete the application form(available on www.humen.com,
　　www.fumin.com or www.gdfz.org) and sent it to the organizing committee as well as the fashion drawings by July 30, 2012(subject to postmark date).

評選方法
　　1、 評選分為初賽、決賽兩階段進行。
　　2、 報名截稿后，由評委對來稿進行初審，選出30個系列入圍決賽，組委會于9月1日后在www.humen.com,www.fumin.com或www.gdfz.org上公布入圍選手名單（參賽選手可查閱初評結果），并以書面形式通知入圍選手制作實物參加決賽。

　　SELECTION

　　1、 The competition will carry through preliminary and final.
　　2、 The judges will evaluate the works based on the rules after the deadline;30 works will be selected for the final.The organizingcommittee will publish the name list of finalists on www.humen.com,www.fumin.com or www.gdfz.org after Sep.1 and notify themwith written form to make preparation for the final.

決賽日期，地點及有關事宜
　　1、 決賽時間定于第十七屆中國（虎門）國際服裝交易會首晚【2012年11月18日19時30分（北京時間）】
　　2、 決賽地點：中國 · 廣東省 · 東莞市虎門黃河時裝城
　　3、 入圍選手必須攜帶參賽作品于2012年11月15日（北京時間）到達決賽地點
　　4、 獲得金、銀、銅獎的作品由組委會收藏

　　DATE/PLACE OF FINAL AND MATTERS CONCERNED
　　1、 Final is settled at 19:30p.m. on Nov.18,2012(Peking Time) during the 17th China(Humen) International Fashion Fair.
　　2、 Place:Huanghe Fashion City of Humen Town,Dongguan City,Guangdong Province, China.
　　3、 Finalists should arrive at the final place with costume works on Nov.15, 2012(Peking Time).
　　4、 The costume works awarded the gold ,silver and bronze prize have to be kept by the organizing committee.

獎勵辦法
　　1、 對獲獎者頒發(fā)獎金、獎杯、證書。
　　金獎1名：獎金5萬元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎杯、證書；
　　銀獎2名：獎金各3萬元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎杯、證書；
　　銅獎3名：獎金各2萬人民幣，頒獎獎杯、證書；
　　優(yōu)秀獎10名：獎金各5千人民幣，頒發(fā)證書；
　　入圍者：頒發(fā)證書。
　　2、 獲獎作品將在專業(yè)報刊、雜志及網(wǎng)上發(fā)表；決賽現(xiàn)場由有關電視臺錄播。
　　3、（a）入圍選手交通費由組委會負責。其中：歐美選手一萬元（人民幣），亞洲選手五千元（人民幣）［注：中國選手三千元（人民幣）］；
　?。╞）入圍選手在虎門參賽期間由組委會提供免費食宿；

　　ENCOURAGEMENT
　　1、 The winners will be awarded bonus,cup and certificate.
　　One gold prize:50,000RMB, cup and certificate
　　Two silver prizes:30,000 RMB, cup and certificate
　　Three bronze prizes: 20,000 RMB, cup and certificate
　　Ten excellence prizes:5,000 RMB,certificate
　　Finalist prizes:certificate
　　2、 The prized works will be published in the professional journals.The final will be broadcasted on relevant television stations.
　　3、 (a)Finalists’ traveling expenses are covered by the organizing committee with standards as below:10,000RMB for European and American finalists;5,000RMB for Asian finalists;3,000RMB for Chinese finalists.
　　(b)The organizing committee offers free accommodation during the final for the finalists.
