“虎門杯”國(guó)際青年設(shè)計(jì)(女裝)大賽組委會(huì) Preface Creative·Borderless Creativity extends as far as your heart goes! There is no border in the kingdom of fashion. Just break the shackle of border restriction and free your imagination, drafting and carving a fashion kingdom for you and me! We are looking for explorers who have left footprint in the development history of fashion. We are looking forward to having trend-setters from all over the world gather together to join the fashion party and to build a palace of art which fully displays the beauty of women’s wear. 參賽作品要求
1、 主題：創(chuàng)·無界
2、 范圍：女裝(面料、材料不限)
3、 參賽選手按系列設(shè)計(jì)，每一系列5套，畫在同一張效果圖，規(guī)格27cmx40cm;效果圖背面左上角附：主題名稱、設(shè)計(jì)思想(不超過50字);左下角附：正背面款式圖;右上角附：姓名、性別、出生年月、國(guó)籍、畢業(yè)(在讀)學(xué)校、學(xué)歷、服務(wù)單位、單位地址、郵政地址、郵政編碼、E-mail、聯(lián)系電話、傳真(注：所有文字必須用母語(yǔ)和英語(yǔ)書寫);并附身份證復(fù)印件以及大一寸彩色照片1張(用信封裝好并貼牢固);右下角附：面料小樣(8cmx8cm);來稿一律不退，請(qǐng)自留底稿。
4、來稿必須是未發(fā)表過的原創(chuàng)作品，如發(fā)現(xiàn)一稿多投，則視為無效稿件。
DEMANDS ON WORKS
1、 Subject: Creative·Borderless
2、 Range: Women’s wear (all fabric & material available).
3、 Participants’ design is based on different series. Each series includes 5 suits drawn on one drawing(27cmx40cm).On the opposite side: subject, design thought(less than 50 words) written on the left top; front and back pattern drawing on the left bottom; name, sex, date of birth, nationality, school of graduation, education, working company, address of working company, post code, E-mail, telephone number and fax on the right top(all must be filled in your native language and English);one copy of ID card and color photo(as used for passport)should be attached(packed with an envelope and well sealed); sample of the fabric & material (8cmx8cm)on the right bottom. The drawings are not returnable.
4、The contribution must be the works never published. Such works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript.

評(píng)選方法
1、 評(píng)選分為初賽、決賽兩階段進(jìn)行。
2、 報(bào)名截稿后，由評(píng)委對(duì)來稿進(jìn)行初審，選出30個(gè)系列入圍決賽，組委會(huì)于9月1日后在www.humen.gov.cn,www.fumin.com或www.gdfz.org上公布入圍選手名單(參賽選手可查閱初評(píng)結(jié)果)，并以書面形式通知入圍選手制作實(shí)物參加決賽。
SELECTION
1、 The competition will carry through preliminary and final.
2、The judges will evaluate the works based on the rules after the deadline; 30 works will be selected for the final. The organizing committee will publish the name list of finalists on www.humen.gov.cn,www.fumin.com or www.gdfz.org after September 1st and notify them with written form to make preparation for the final.
決賽日期，地點(diǎn)及有關(guān)事宜
1、 決賽時(shí)間定于11月中旬(第二十屆中國(guó)(虎門)國(guó)際服裝交易會(huì)期間，具體時(shí)間以入圍通知書為準(zhǔn))。
2、 決賽地點(diǎn)：中國(guó) · 廣東省 · 東莞市虎門鎮(zhèn)(具體地點(diǎn)以入圍通知書為準(zhǔn))。
3、 入圍選手必須攜帶參賽作品于決賽前3天(北京時(shí)間)到達(dá)決賽地點(diǎn)(具體時(shí)間以入圍通知書為準(zhǔn))
4、 獲得金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)的作品由組委會(huì)收藏
DATE/PLACE OF FINAL AND MATTERS CONCERNED
1、 Final is settled in Mid-November, during the 20th China (Humen) International Fashion Fair. (The specific time is subject to the notification)
2、 Place: Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China (The specific place is subject to the notification)3、 Finalists should arrive at the final place
3 days ahead of the final night (Peking Time). (The specific time is subject to the notification)
4、 The costume works awarded the gold ,silver and bronze prize have to be kept by the organizing committee.

獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法
1、 對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)哳C發(fā)獎(jiǎng)金、獎(jiǎng)杯、證書。金獎(jiǎng)1名：獎(jiǎng)金15萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書;銀獎(jiǎng)2名：獎(jiǎng)金各8萬(wàn)元人民幣，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書;銅獎(jiǎng)3名：獎(jiǎng)金各5萬(wàn)人民幣，頒獎(jiǎng)獎(jiǎng)杯、證書;優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)10名：獎(jiǎng)金各2萬(wàn)人民幣，頒發(fā)證書;入圍者：頒發(fā)證書。
2、 獲獎(jiǎng)作品將在專業(yè)報(bào)刊、雜志及網(wǎng)上發(fā)表;決賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)由有關(guān)電視臺(tái)錄播。
3、(a)入圍選手交通費(fèi)由組委會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)。其中：歐美選手一萬(wàn)元(人民幣)，亞洲選手五千元(人民幣)[注：中國(guó)選手三千元(人民幣)]; (b)入圍選手在虎門參賽期間由組委會(huì)提供免費(fèi)食宿;
4、獲得金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)的中國(guó)選手，具備條件的，均有機(jī)會(huì)獲得獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助前往英國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)1年，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金價(jià)值約12萬(wàn)元人民幣，名額1名。組委會(huì)有權(quán)根據(jù)留學(xué)選派院校的情況，以及金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)得主的外語(yǔ)水平，確定名額人選。如有不愿出國(guó)或不具備出國(guó)留學(xué)要求的，其出國(guó)培訓(xùn)缺額按決賽得分高低在中國(guó)選手中依次替補(bǔ)。組委會(huì)保留最終解釋權(quán)。
ENCOURAGEMENT
1、The winners will be awarded bonus, cup and certificate.One gold prize: 150,000RMB, cup and certificateTwo silver prizes: 80,000 RMB, cup and certificateThree bronze prizes: 50,000 RMB, cup and certificateTen excellence prizes: 20,000 RMB, certificateFinalist prizes: certificate
2、The prized works will be published in the professional journals. The final will be broadcasted on relevant television stations.
3、(a)Finalists’ traveling expenses are covered by the organizing committee with standards as below:10,000RMB for European and American finalists; 5,000RMB for Asian finalists;3,000RMB for Chinese finalists. (b)The organizing committee offers free accommodation during the final for the finalists.
4、The gold、silver and bronze winners from China have the chance to study in England for 1 year with scholarship of around 120,000RMB. There is only one quota and the final decision would be made by the organizing committee according to the requests of the selected university and the foreign language level of the candidates. Anyone who is not qualified or not willing to study abroad would be replaced, and the quota would be given to the Chinese finalists according to their grade in the final. The organizing committee reserves all rights.
